Why you need qualified ITIL staff

Making the most of IT Service Delivery (and its implementation) requires a commitment from the top to the bottom of the organisation, especially when the desire is to improve the services and add more value for the business.

Some of the problems associated with poor implementation of the ITIL disciplines can be traced to cultural issues and, in particular, a lack of understanding of the benefits that can be gained from a consistent approach based on best practice.

Training allows staff to address this concern and empower them to make the most of the ITIL disciplines and understand how they can adapt them to their organisation. ITIL overview briefing sessions are also popular for Senior Executives and run to either half or one day sessions as appropriate.
