ITIL Version 2 Foundation Course £795 ex Vat

This course is based on the Version 2 ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery volumes. It provides IT Managers and staff with a practical understanding of IT Service Management, the underpinning core ITIL Service Delivery and Service Support Processes and implementation guidance.

This Foundation Certificate is a prerequisite for all other levels of ITIL Version 2 certification (especially the Managers), and is designed as an introductory ITIL qualification for all IT staff who want to understand best practices for IT service management. The course describes how the eleven key IT disciplines relate to each other and to wider IT business issues.

It also prepares delegates for the ISEB Foundation Certificate Examination.

The course lasts 3 days and includes practical exercises and mock exams. It is designed for IT staff and Managers with practical day to day experience of IT, who need a better understanding of how ITIL can improve the operational environment.
